Terms and Conditions of BNB 4YA Age of Dino Challenge:

By participating in the BNB 4YA Age of Dino Challenge (“Event“), you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (“Terms“), as well as the terms of service of the Xterio Platform (“TOS“).

The Event is administered by Xterio Labs Limited (“Xterio“).

The Event shall end on September 15, 2024 at 23:59:59 UTC (“Event End“).

To qualify for this Event as a participant (“Participant“), you have to:

• Satisfy the minimum age requirement in the TOS and applicable laws. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Event.
• Complete the tasks as set out at https://xter.io/activities/aod-signup before the Event End.

Employees (and members of their immediate family) of Xterio are not eligible to receive rewards from this Event.

All Participants will be entitled to receive 1000 $DB (“$DB Rewards“). Participants will receive an in-game mail in their Age of Dino account within 7 working days from the Event End, and the $DB Rewards will be claimable to their Age of Dino account from the in-game mail.

Additionally, 50 Participants will be randomly selected to receive an equal share in the $XTER reward pool (“Reward Recipients“). Participants will be able to check whether they have been selected at https://xter.io/activities/aod-signup within 7 working days from Event End. Reward Recipients will receive their share in the $XTER reward pool after the token generation event (TGE) of $XTER.

The number of $XTER in the reward pool shall be calculated after TGE. The number of $XTER in the reward pool shall be determined by the following: US$15,000 / initial listing price of $XTER on a centralized exchange

By participating in this Event, you agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted by you may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by us for the purposes of organising, running, administering and monitoring the Event and is subject to the Xterio Platform Privacy Policy found at https://xter.io/privacy-policy.

If proof of age and/or parental consent is requested, and if satisfactory proof of age and/or parental consent is not received, Xterio reserves the right to select another Participant to receive the rewards.

Xterio reserves the right to vary these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Event, these Terms shall prevail.
