Mandatory Vesting Schedule

All redeemed SIG tokens (the “Redeemed Tokens”) are subject to a mandatory vesting schedule. The Redeemed Tokens will be unlocked and become transferable according to the following schedule, calculated from the SIG tokens' Token Generation Event (TGE) date:

• 3 months: 25%
• 6 months: 50%
• 9 months: 75%
• 12 months: 100%

Non-Transferability During Vesting

You agree that you will not sell, transfer, use, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of Redeemed Tokens until they are officially unlocked according to the vesting schedule outlined in the table above.

Token Distribution and Claiming

Upon the completion of each vesting period, the corresponding portion of the Redeemed Tokens will be made available for claiming on Base Network. Note that after you redeem the SIG tokens, the Redeemed Tokens will not be automatically distributed to your wallet. You will need to claim the Redeemed Tokens as and when they are unlocked. Instructions on how to claim the unlocked Redeemed Tokens as well as any time limits imposed for claiming the unlocked Redeemed Tokens will be communicated by us via our official X account (https://x.com/XterioGames). Do check our X account daily for updates. If you do not claim your unlocked Redeemed Tokens according to our instructions and within the timeline specified by us, then without limiting any other rights and remedies which we may have under these clauses, our Airdrop and Staking Supplemental Terms, our Terms of Service, or at law or in equity or otherwise, you will be taken to have voluntarily forfeited your unlocked Redeemed Tokens. Your claim to the unlocked Redeemed Tokens will become automatically invalid, and we will not be liable for your inability to claim your unlocked Redeemed Tokens.

You agree that any and all rights of interpretation and explanation of these terms (which for the avoidance of doubt, includes these clauses, our Airdrop and Staking Supplemental Terms and our Terms of Service) are exclusively reserved by us. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels and/or through updates to the terms, and it is your responsibility to check these terms as well as our official channels regularly.
